Two programs, one format — HTML

Both are free for home use, run on Windows 7 and newer and need no installation (portable builds exist). The report takes a minute, right on the computer you are describing.

  1. Launch HWiNFO — Summary or Sensors mode, it does not matter.
  2. Menu Report → Create.
  3. Format — HTML. Keep these sections enabled: computer, CPU, motherboard, memory, drives, network, display, OS.
  4. Save the file and drop it into the field above.

AIAIDA64

A report in AIDA64

  1. Menu Report → Report Wizard.
  2. The “Summary” profile is enough; a full report works too, it is just bigger.
  3. Format — HTML (not MHTML and not TXT) → Finish, save the .htm.
  4. Drop the file into the field above.

The trial version is fine: “[ TRIAL VERSION ]” placeholders are filtered out, memory is summed from DIMM modules, virtual adapters (VirtualBox, Hyper-V, VPN) are ignored.

About reports, privacy and the fleet

No. The report is parsed in your browser (JavaScript) and the file is never uploaded — the tool keeps working even if you go offline after opening the page. Only if you ask for the passport by email do the extracted fields — processor, memory, drives and so on — go to the server, never the report itself.
HTML reports from HWiNFO (Report → Create → HTML) and AIDA64 (Report → Report Wizard → HTML, an .htm file). The report language can be Ukrainian, Russian or English. Both UTF-8 and UTF-16 (AIDA64 saves in UTF-16) are read correctly. MHTML and TXT will not work.
Yes. In the trial some values are hidden behind “[ TRIAL VERSION ]” — such placeholders are filtered out and never reach the passport; memory is summed from the DIMM module rows, and virtual network adapters (VirtualBox, Hyper-V, VPN) are ignored so that the real network card is shown.
The tool never makes anything up: if a field is missing from the report or hidden (for example the IP address in the AIDA64 trial), the row is simply not shown. Regenerate the report with the Computer, CPU, Motherboard, Memory, Storage, Network, Display and OS sections enabled.
