PC specifications reach the knowledge base on their own
SmartOKS Agent is a small Windows service. Install it on a computer once, scan the QR code from the device card, and the specifications (processor, memory, drives, network) will update automatically on every start-up. Inventory stops being an event.

Windows SmartScreen may warn about an unknown publisher — that is normal for new software: click "More info" → "Run anyway". You can verify the file against the SHA-256 hash above.

Scan the QR code with your phone
On the device card in the knowledge base, click "Link SmartOKS Agent" and point your camera at the QR code on the PC screen. Before linking, the system shows you that this is indeed the right computer.

After that it runs itself
The first report arrives within a minute. Swap a drive or a memory stick and the card updates, with the change kept in the history. The agent also updates itself, so you never have to install new versions.
What the agent sends — and what it does not do
It sends nine hardware fields only: processor, motherboard, graphics card, memory, drives, network card, MAC address, computer name and Windows version. It does not collect files, installed software, passwords or user activity — and it cannot execute any command sent from the server. Every request is signed with the computer's hardware-backed key.
