A report takes a minute on each PC, but merging them into a table by hand is the same evening you lose to inventory every year. Here it takes ten seconds.

The first report is parsed right away. For the rest, enter your email: it is both the key to the table and the address for the Excel file with two sheets — a human one and one in the import format.

The CSV from this page has exactly the columns of the SmartOKS device import template. The system checks the file before anything is imported and shows where an inventory number is missing.

About email, privacy and limits
The first report is parsed with no strings attached — so you can see the tool works with your files. After that the result is bigger than a screen: a summary table, a CSV for import and an Excel file that is easiest to receive by email. That is the address it goes to. No marketing emails unless you tick the separate box.
No. Every file is parsed in your browser. When you ask for the Excel file by email, only the extracted fields of each machine — processor, memory, drives and so on — go to the server, never the reports themselves.
Up to 100 machines per passport. For a lab or a whole floor make several passports — or upload the CSV into SmartOKS, where rooms, workstations and devices are already linked together.
The “CSV for SmartOKS” button gives you a file in the device import template format: type, name, workstation, room, building and all the specifications. Add the inventory numbers and the file passes the system’s check. The same sheet is in the Excel file that arrives by email. Create an organization →
